REQUIREMENTS:
1) 5+ years of international school management experience, preferably in an international school in China;
2)Majored in education related areas, master's degree is preferred;
3) With multicultural background, strong communication skills, familiar with Chinese culture;
4) Familiar with the American high school curriculum system and international curriculum certification standards;

BENEFITS:
1. 400,000--500,000 base annual salary
2. 10,000 performance salary per year
3. 60,000 housing allowance per year
