岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing timely user support and informative follow-up to hospital clinical information system user to ensure smooth day to day clinical and business operations throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
? Take the leadership role in developing the HIS training programs
? ensure that appropriate training programs are in place to attract, retain and develop the key personnel required
? be responsible to provide training and education to super/end users in the use of Health information systems・
? Work closely with clinical and admin users to identify business needs, i.e. clinical work group must be formed, regular meetings (weekly or monthly) must be held and minutes taken, super users continuously trained so that they can provide input to this group.
? Provide system requirement recommendations in order to configure technical application solutions.
? Negotiate the allocation of resources with functional managers
? Communicate with cross section of interdisciplinary to effectively ensure successful implementation of HIS functionalities and workflows
? Maintain detailed records of training sessions.
? Provide feedback to HIS project management team
? Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines



任职资格:

Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience in a clinical setting. Applied knowledge of electronic medical records systems and clinical workflow.
? Previous experience as an instructor or Trainer of HIS and ERP systems.
? Desire to work in systems building /development environment

Experiences and Skills
? Excellent written and verbal English communication. Demonstrated ability give presentations.
? Sound knowledge of various health information systems
? Excellent understanding of data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems in healthcare settings.
? Thorough understanding of the illustration / documentation of problem solving / continuous improvement techniques (8D, Ishikawa, Fishbone, SPC, machine / process capabilities, Process FMEA etc)
? Provision of creative solutions to operational challenges
? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and man-management skills
