Implements different Operations Initiatives and projects with visionary and innovative solutions

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure meeting 100% milestones of all UAT projects assigned, including new products, system enhancement and projects

• Delivering at least 95% attainment of all UAT assignment with quality

• Meeting the expectation of test results according to the test objectives

• Ensure all test outputs, PIR test results and all reports are well documented, able to spot the errors during UAT stage and proper PIR raised

• Provides support on project execution such as preparing user requirements, quality control and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery on project

• Engages in team meetings, working groups meetings and related catchups with business partner and stakeholders, proactively contributes in sharing new ideas

• To demonstrate logical thinking and creative thinking, able to give suggestions and make recommendations.

• To prioritize jobs with tight schedule given and arrange accordingly on assigned task

• Identify problems encountered and utilize the best solution for implementation

• Coordinate and communicate with relevant parties in order to complete assigned task within timeline with quality

• Provide efficient technical support or guidance to production users and relevant parties

• Work with minimal supervision and response promptly to issue

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent

• Experience: Possess working experience as Business Analyst or back end operations with UAT testing exposure in Insurance Industry.

• Language: Read and Write in English, Mandarin. Able to converse in Cantonese

• Customer oriented, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office

• Multitasking skills and stress management

• Willing to commit long working hour (overtime) including alternative weekend and public holiday

• Observance of HK calendar and Public Holiday.
