If yor are...

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience. 
• HKIA qualified is a must.
• Strong in both Hong Kong projects - residential/ mixed use/ commercial development

• Familiar with Hong Kong/ China Architectural statutory requirements and submissions/ approval procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, InDesign and other design software. 
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and Mandarin.
