Spectrum Generations is seeking an energetic and business-focused candidate to fill the role of Healthy Living for ME Business Manager. This position is a joint-venture between 3 well-established non-profit organizations; Spectrum Generations, SeniorsPlus, and Aroostook Area Agency on Aging. Through a network of local leaders, community organizations and health systems, Healthy Living for ME (HL4ME) delivers programs to help adults manage chronic health conditions, prevent falls, and foster well-being. HL4ME empowers and teaches those coping with high blood pressure, heart disease, COPD, arthritis, diabetes or other chronic conditions, to manage their conditions in order to live life as fully and independently as possible.

The Healthy Living for ME Business Manager serves as the Project Director for any ACL grant(s). This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking all progress towards goals, objectives and outcomes, fulfilling all requirements of the grant initiative including project activities, creating reports, attending all required meetings including those with AoA project officer, and ensuring all grantee responsibilities are followed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and will possess the ability to meet tight deadlines.

This position is based out of the Spectrum Generations Home Office in Augusta, ME.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Health, or a related field required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience to include project management, business management, and team coordination
