This is an Internship position. Your responsibilities may include:

• Working on HPC Windows Server, Web, and Database teams to support HPC Design Enablement environment
• Providing operational support to HPC design customers (incidents, service requests)
• Assisting with the execution of various technical global projects
• Data analysis to drive optimization of the support model and/or process improvements
• Troubleshoot technical issues (Windows Server, MSSQL databases, IIS web hosting, Hyper-v Virtualization, Storage, etc.)
• Writing documentation (step-by-step instructions, flow diagrams, etc.)

The candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Customer service skills related to providing ticket support

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in working in a highly dynamic HPC environment ensuring stability, availability, and security of Windows Server infrastructure
• System and/or Windows Server Administration experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft System Center tools (SCOM, SCCM, Orchestrator, Virtual Machine Manager, PowerShell, etc.)

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00 (Hourly Role)

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
