Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1.    Optimizes the Supply Chain

- Maintain inputs used for sourcing decision making. Support the Plant Manager co-create the site master plan.

- Support activities prioritized by the regional TLT to drive improvements in service levels and cost.

- Administrator CAB Web for all small minor project submissions at the site.

2.    Analyses and improves Performance

- Maintain the main supply KPIs for the site to direct business improvement priorities (KPI’s), SIG, Q&FS, TRS, FATR, COGS.

- Lead the site in review of global benchmarking data to improve performance. Share global performance initiatives and information across the regional supply community.

- Responsible for the use of Plant Toolkits.

- Compiles the site data for the regional MOS deck each period.

- Consolidates all site input for global supply benchmarking reports.

- Facilitates regional and global reviews for Plant Managers.

- Supports the Quickscan and other global plant tool deployment onsite. 

- Administer the local approval process for

o     CAB and Capital Projects

o     Leased Warehouses

o     New Offices and office changes

o     Land and Buildings Acquisition and Disposal

o     Co-manufacturing

3.    Co-Pilots site leadership team and Plant Director on site MSE program implementation towards site CBN

-      Facilitate FD and leadership team to define site compelling business needs

-      Develop site MSE program implementation plan to support CBN delivery

-      Support FD and site MSE leadership team MSE knowledge ramp up

-      Facilitate site MSE initiation and roll out

 

4.    Comprehensively understand site loss and cost/loss linkage, co-pilots with FD, IE, S&F to achieve business cost benefit by driving loss elimination through MSE

-      Play as the expert of cost loss model to facilitate site loss analysis, to define loss elimination strategy

-      Codify site loss elimination strategy with MSE plan

-      Coach pillar loss elimination activity and track the status

-      Work with S&F and IE to lead site OP/OGSM activities

 

5.    Define and build critical capability for the sites in different layers with the 6-18 months outlook

-      Define key capability needs based on site loss elimination needs and business requirement

-      Play as the major coach of pillar capability building

-      Build different layers capability through daily problem-solving coach, small group activities (AM/PM) assessment

 

6.    Governance of site MSE progress based on site MSE master plan

-      Develop site MSE master plan and support MSE pillars master plan development accordingly

-      Drive rigorous PDCA cycle of pillar management

-      Work closely with MSE community to ensure factory is receiving effective guidance/roaching and leads on best practice systems/tools for reapplication

-      Ensure effective gives & gets between pillars and MSE committee to engage and support MSE progress

 

7.    Coach and engage site MSE team (leadership team, VSM MSE leaders, pillar leaders, etc.) on full involvement of MSE program

-      Develop site leadership team skill matrix and track the status (facilitate gap closure if any)

-      Review status of VSM MSE leader’s capability status and coach on capability build up through his/her VSM MSE program hands-on involvement

-      Build the MSE culture cross organization

 

8.    Lead the continuous improvement projects, masterplans, activities in the site level. And Coach the VSM CI team.

-      Work with PPTS, QA, R&D, CBU to setup or participate the site NPD plan. Ensure the gate keeper as IE together from ATG POV

-      Study and build site process flexibility with future back view, and offer ideas to marketing, R&D etc…

-      Support site IE to setup the long term VLiC roadmap and ensure the implementation in each VSM level

-      Own the VSM level CI manager capability and knowledge transfer

 

Qualifications/任职条件

1.    Education and Professional Qualifications

     University Degree in Science or  Engineering

     Trained or certified on Continuous Improvement or TPM, or related field

     Ideally 2-3 years professional experience in Production or Lean area.

2.     Knowledge / Experience

     Business Administration

     Lean/Continuous Improvement

     Technical skills

     Systems knowledge: MS Office (especially excellent Excel knowledge)

     Project Management

     Fluent in written and spoken English
