部の職務概要/Overview of department’s main duties

- Accounting Trucks Asia consists of three departments (Transactional accosting/Financial closing & reporting/ Project cbFC) in Japan (MFTBC) and one department (All three functions together) in India (DICV)
- Transactional Accounting organized 4 groups. HQ APAR, Retail AP, Retail AR, Internal Control System & Business process outsourcing.
- Most operation have already outsourced to external company.

- Principal Responsibilities of Transactional Accounting
- Handling daily transactional accounting tasks, such as booking of Account payables / Receivables, payment, correction of the cash etc.
- Drive and implement the changes (kaizen) actions in the processes of transactional accounting to make them more efficient
- Leading cross-functional projects related to the transactional accounting
- Being a consult to other functions about the transactional accounting processes. Such as when implementing new business schemes, changes implemented in the current processes.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Reporting the financial statements mainly BS analysis and Overdue report to related management.
- Defining accounting treatments, consultation with other functions for the accounting treatments

frequency)

- Management of AP, AR, and outsourcing operation in outside of Japan.
- Stabilization of Process and operation after new accounting system implementation in Jan 2021.
- Process consulting for own organization in Sales and After Sales processes
- English communication with each department manager is necessary
- Business process analysis and reengineering.
- Responsible for coordination with internal stake holders and external auditor
- Management of Sub-Ledgers (A/P, A/R) and General Ledger.
