This position is located in KUNMING, YUNNAN Province

Job Responsibility:

• Execute various people related initiatives, products, processes, policies and guidelines to ensure that all people related challenges are adequately addressed;
• Keep smooth running of Branch HR & Administration operations independently;
• Work with the business unit to develop/recommend HR solutions to support on Biz growth;
• Take care of employee relationship, build people-oriented climate;
• Motivate and retain employees; Support on talent development plan; ;
• In charge of various general office administration task.

Requirement:

• Willing to work in KUNMING, YUNNAN Province as local package
• At least over 7 years as HR generalist or BP role, independently deal with HR challenges or issues
• Possess good business understanding preferably in a financial institution, banking is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Incumbent with Organizational ADM experience is better
• Competent to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess knowledge and experience in SAP will be advantageous.
