Job Description

Responsibilities for:

  • Responsibilities for Human Resources duties and ensure the smooth running in DG office;
  • Familiar with all kinds of recruiting channels and flexible application, efficient completion of recruitment goals;
  • Knowledge for full set Book-keeping, China taxation and regulations, etc;
  • Assist in accounting closing, tax filing and archive accounting voucher;
  • Manage the petty cash payment and expenses reimbursement;
  • Monitoring daily cash flow;
  • Schedule in-house and external events;
  • Ad hoc assignment as required


Requirement for:

  • College’s degree or above in relevant discipline;
  • 3 years or above HR & Accounting working experience;
  • Familiar in Law labor and Accounting regulations and standard, taxation, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, knowledge in ERP system or other accounting software;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
