1.To be receptionist as screen/answering and handling the incoming calls promptly and professionally, and then, greets visitors and directs them to appropriate staff, answers questions from visitors and provides information as required
2. Handles incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, couriers and pouches, and ensure timely dispatch and appropriate distribution of messages and mails
3.To prepare the CAPEX and /or purchasing order for stationeries (including office necessities), and office equipments (including but not limited to, copy machines, fax machines, laptops, etc) as well as office furniture as appropriate, to arrange the delivery accordingly
4. Liaise with express companies, office building management agent, office equipment maintenance company, stationery’s suppliers and other service providers (including air ticket agent, business card supplier, water supplier, drivers, etc.) for keeping all facilities in working conditions and most cost effective
5.To keep records of the stationeries’ usage and fix assets, and to update and summarize these required data regularly
6.To book air-tickets/train tickets/Hotel for staff in business trip, and keep the records as the voucher for payment? Support property management to ensure office asset security governance
7.Compile and submit administrative and personnel reports and policies to HR department
8.To keep the office in clean and harmonious condition. To assist Office Manager or management team’s daily work, and co-ordinate the relationship between management group and staff
9. Give first aid and back office other administrative issues
任职条件
1.College graduate or above, with more than 1 year related working experience
2. Basic written and oral ability in the English language
3.Good typing skills and computer operation, such as MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, etc
4.Professional telephone etiquette and polite manner
5.Effective time management and organizational skills
6. Good team player, with ability to interact wittily and effectively with staff at all levels
7.Ability to work accurately, quickly and complete tasks according to specific instructions
8.Willingness to seek assistance from more experiences staff and learn from them
9.Customer service oriented, enthusiasm and patience
