HR & Administrative Assistant
Job Duties:
l Handle enquiries and good telephone manner
l Process all incoming & outgoing mail and correspondence.
l Organized, attention to details and good team player.
l To assist in providing a full spectrum of office administration services including but not limited to office supplies, courier service, pantry refreshment, postage, repair & maintenance, telecommunications, warehouse materials in order
l Handle and maintain company assets record
l To support planning and organizing company functions and staff activities
l To ensure the office is running smoothly on daily
l Handle general HR administrative duties such as leave records, medical claim & enrolment, MPF enrolment, attendance system and employee records.
l Pro-active, positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
l Outdoor work occasionally
Requirement:
l Form 5 or above, Certificate or Diploma
l 2 years of hands on administrative support experience
l Good PC skill and knowledge of MS Office including Chinese word processing
l Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
l Must be self-motivated, organized, supportive, details oriented and willing to learn
