Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Mainly responsible for daily support of HR;
  • Assist in all recruitment activities and payroll administration,
  • Perform clerical duties including employment letter and staff correspondence preparation;
  • Handle documentary filing system including staff personal records & data;
  • Participate in assigned HR projects;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager
  • Assist department general manager to deal with daily work; arrange the schedule for GM;
    Arrange and coordinate meetings inside and outside BBDC that GM participated, prepare related documents, complete meeting minutes;
    Complete the translation work with high quality; help to interpret when communicate with foreigners;
    Complete the document work with high quality; trim the document and put on record;
    Receive guests and colleague that calling in;
    Arrange business travel and pre booking work;
    Other work that GM arranged temporarily
  • Amin work of the company

Requirement:

  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge to PC software (MS Word, Excel);
  • Be pro-active, detail-minded and ready to meet challenges;
  • Immediate available preferred.
  • Smart, independent work ability, diligent, good at learning, good team work, good communication, coordination and writing.
