This is a temporary position, could be tranfer to regualr after working two years. meanwhile, the compensation & welfare is the same with the full-time staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin part

• Admin routine job for better office operation, e.g. stationery, couriers, access door card, fax, drinking water, electricity bill etc., apply for routine operational expenses and arrange accordingly.
• Arrange work permit and residence permit;
• Arrange visa application, air tickets, accommodation and transportation for business travelers
• Company daily office supplies distribution and management, administrative warehouse management and inventory

HR part

• Follow up on-boarding and off boarding process; Employee personal P-file and E-file maintenance. File employee-related documentation as appropriate;
• Responsibilities for employee attendance
• Employee Relationship Management
• Assist with the employee training process
• Welfare management (insurance, daily welfare and company activities etc.)

Perform other related duties as assigned from supervisor.

Working on temporary projects as necessary;

• KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Education: Bachelor degree

• Working Experience: min 2 years’ experience in related job functions is preferred.
• Language skills: Able to use English at work.
• Other skills: Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT.
• Good team spirit & accountability
• Customer oriented, attention to details.
• Be good at time & priority management.
