Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling staff attendance and leave record
- Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews
- Responsible for reception duties including handle incoming calls, distribute incoming fax & correspondences, arranging daily courier services, greet guests and assist meeting room setup
- Manage all-round office administration such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, renovation project
- Assist in travel & hotel arrangement.
- Maintain office filling and storage systems.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists and contact lists.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies & ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
- Prepare various reports and perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Administrative Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years above relevant experience
- Solid experience in handling office administration is required
- Good communication of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferred
