Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling staff attendance and leave record
  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews
  • Responsible for reception duties including handle incoming calls, distribute incoming fax & correspondences, arranging daily courier services, greet guests and assist meeting room setup
  • Manage all-round office administration such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, renovation project
  • Assist in travel & hotel arrangement.
  • Maintain office filling and storage systems.
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists and contact lists.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies & ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
  • Prepare various reports and perform ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Administrative Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 years above relevant experience
  • Solid experience in handling office administration is required
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
