Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle administration duties of the Hong Kong office including but not limited to business trip arrangement, office expenses claim, office supplies and equipment maintenance;
  • Perform receptionist role to handle incoming calls, courier service and welcoming external guests;
  • Responsible for office vendor management, including vendor sourcing and contract renewal;
  • Maintain staff’s leave and attendance records as well as reports;
  • Handle group medical and travel insurance administration;
  • Assist in organizing company events and CSR activities;
  • Assist in HR functions including staff boarding & exit process, interview arrangement etc.
  • Provide administrative support to HR & Admin team;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above graduate;
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in office administration;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and willing to learn;
  • Independent, mature and hardworking;
  • Good command in English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
