Job Description
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to : payroll and MPF processing, compensation & benefits operations, employer’s return handling, maintenance of staff attendance and leave records
  • Maintain HR database and update staff profile in orderly and timely manner
  • Support in recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, hiring and retention
  • To support HR & Admin Dept. various activities, including perform office administrative duties and assist to internal staff
  • Draft English and Chinese correspondences, emails, memos, letters, presentation materials and reports
  • Handle and maintain classified and sensitive information
  • Perform ad-hoc duties
