Job Description

HR & Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assistant to handle HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll administration, MPF administration, staff leave record & attendance and recruitment arrangement, etc
  • Provide administration support including stationeries sourcing & stock keeping, company events, travel itineraries, office facilities repairs and maintenance and renovation
  • Provide receptionist support including answering telephone calls, client greeting, logistic arrangement, and courier delivery
  • Conduct and co-ordinate ad-hoc project as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • 1 years hands-on HR / Administration experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with meet tight work schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Clerk
