Job Description

Job duties:

Report to the HR and Administration Manager, the right incumbent will be mainly responsible for:

  • Provide support to the team including but not limited to HR letters preparation, on-board support, training administration, data entry for the HRIS;
  • Provide training support including data entry, course enrolments, records keeping and answering enquiries from different parties
  • Assist in coordinating relevant parties for the staff activities and company events;

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above in Business Management / HR Management or related discipline
  • Min.1 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in the sizable organizations;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Proactive, a good team-player with strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented.
