Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR administrative support and daily operation, including but not limited to job advertisements posting, interviews arrangement, leave management, staff attendance, medical enrollment & insurance claims, staff on boarding and exit process
• Provide clerical support in payroll calculation
• Support in HRIS implementation & Maintain personal database
• Assist in organizing company events such as annual dinner, staff activities and other ad-hoc programs
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
• Associate degree/High diploma Holder in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year related working experience
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details, well-organized, customer oriented and able to work independently
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
