Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support HR & Admin team's work, such as payment process, data input, preparation and consolidation of reports, etc.


Responsibility:

1. Issue the job advertising on recruitment website

2. Maintain and update the candidate pool

3. Arrange interviews with the requirements

4. Prepare monthly interview timetable record

5. Prepare the monthly attendance report of SH office staff

6. Assist Contract Management

7. Helps on payment process

8. Assist to participate in any related ad hoc project


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Human Resources Management, Administration Management and other related professional graduates

2. Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, well organized and efficient

3. Proactive, willing to learn, highly flexible & adaptive

4. Good team worker, Good communication skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, incl. MS Word, MS Excel and so on

6. Good English both in oral and writtern

7. Afford 4 days a week during summer holiday, and 3 days a week after September
