Job Title:HR & Admin Manager
Purpose/Goal:
Formulate and implement HR strategies, assist in attract, manage, retain and develop staff to meet current and future business needs.
Reporting Line: Report to Chairman PM China
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibilities:
- Understand exactly the corporate strategies and business, formulate and implement HR strategies which can make sure meet the business development needs with short and long term.
- Ensure HR activities e.g: talent acquisition, organization development, performance management, staff motivation, rewarding, organization culture, change management are consistent with HR strategies, assist the management to build a team with cohesive, competent and can do spirits
- Manage the staffing, employment administration and employee termination activities according to established policies and procedures and ensuring all activities and policies are compliant with government requirement.
- Remote HR and Administration management to Dalian plant, including shuttle bus arrangement, canteen management, cleaning and landscaping management
- According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site
Requirements
(1)Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years experiences in a comparable HR Role, manufacturing industry is preferred.
(2)Excellent communications skills, organizational and influencing skills
(3)Good at corporate culture building, inspiring creativity and innovation from all employees
(4)Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, experienced in labor relation issues.
(5)Familiar with administration management, such as facility maintenance, EHS etc.
(6)Fluent (oral and written) in English
