Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, working visa, maintaining staff leave records and attendance updates, identify training needs for the staffs, foster employee relations and upkeep the staffs' discipline, etc.
- Provide HR consulting services relating to performance management, talent management and retention
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative, including office services, repair & maintenance, insurance, leasing & tenancy renewal, etc
- Work closely with China team for payroll checking and benefit admin
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Admin, HR Management or equivalent
- At least 6 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related Ordinance
- Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Hands-on experience in small office
- Company secretary experience is an advantage (not a must)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applicant & Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediate or short-term is a must
