Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To lead HR functions for Asia Pacific Region.
  • To contribute growth of the business by providing advice and guidance on HR issues and manage the annual budgeting process
  • To design and develop strategies for building leadership capability and retention of key talents
  • To keep the best practices and regularly update for HR market trend, countries labor laws, remuneration package, ensure legal risks are highlighted and mitigated
  • Advise the management on all aspects of human resources that relate to performance management, employee relations, compensation strategies, policy interpretation, succession planning and recruitment
  • Provide general supporting of the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, taxation, employee compensation & medical insurance administration and all personal data & corresponding for HK & SEA region.
  • Responsible for the office administration, i.e., Office Renovation, Maintenance, Office Insurance and Procurement Management • Organize staff activities
  • Perform the ad. Hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 10 years solid experience in all rounded HR & Office Administration in sizable organization/ MNC
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation
  • Experience in handling HR matters in SEA Region
  • Be proactive, detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills and mature
  • Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
