Major Accountabilities工作内容:
1) Managing the day to day operation of the HR & Admin department that consistently provides value added HR &Admin Service that helps drive the business strategy for growth.
管理日常人事及行政部门工作, 配合公司的商业战略发展提供人事及行政增值服务
2) Providing company appropriate advice on HR policies and procedures.
为公司在人事政策及操作提供意见及建议
3) Administering performance management process; coaching on how to manage employee performance;
参与员工表现考核, 指导如何进行员工考评;
4 )Managing employee relations and play critical role in employee communication
处理员工关系及扮演关键的沟通角色.
5)Supporting Operations managers in HR management practices, i.e. employee relations, exit interviews, retention strategies, etc.
在员工关系, 离职面谈, 挽留员工等人事方面为操作部经理们提供支援
6)Helping deal with employee issues with fair and balanced viewpoints and ensuring that appropriate follow up actions are taken
以公平公正的观点及态度处理员工的问题, 并跟进执行情况
7) Establishing, developing and maintaining human resources & administration policies of company of which should be aligned with the overall company policies and strategies, communicate these policies to entire company.
建立、发展和维护公司人力资源及行政制度,使制度符合公司整体政策和战略,并上传下达至全公司
8) Assisting Asia Regional Manager to generate and collect management information in relation to branch offices and HR strategy/requirements.
协助亚洲区域经理收集及整理有关分公司的人力资源战略/要求的管理信息
9) Coordinating staff training program based on organizational and employee needs, administer and conduct training assessments together with obtain the comments from the participants
根据公司和员工的需求组织协调人员培训计划,管理和开展培训评估,以及收集参与培训者的意见
10)Preparing various regular reports and analysis charts for management review
为管理层准备各种报告和分析图表
11)Ensuring relevant HR statutory requirements in China and keep good relationship with local authorities and institution
确保公司一切人事制度符合中国法律法规,与政府各相关职能部门和机构保持良好关系
12)Setting and monitoring personnel cost and budget based on company’s guideline
按照公司方针, 控制及人事及行政预算
13)Designing guidelines and emend employee hand book based on PRC rules;
根据国内的政策, 制定制度及修改员工手册;
14)Handling salary management and employee benefit properly :be responsible for C&B and related; e.g. payroll / IIT report/ IIT declaration/ pay slip print out, SSF/ housing Fund management, employment contract renewal, etc.
工资及员工福利的完善管理: 员工的薪酬福利; 如工资册, 个税报表及申报个税, 打印工资单, 社保福利, 住房供积金, 员工劳动合同更新续签等
15 ) Heading to organize team building and varieties of activities; e.g. outing / Christmas party/ annual dinner Party / employee representative meeting. etc.
组织各项员工活动; 如旅游, 圣旦派对, 新年春茗, 员工代表选举大会等;
16) Managing office administrative affairs, e.g. equipments purchasing &maintaining / office decoration & relocation, car service and hotel reservation, etc.
管理办公室的行政工作, 如设备采购及维护, 装修及搬迁, 用车及酒店预订等;
17) Providing direction and advice to guide Admin & HR staff;
为人事及行政部员工提供工作方向指导及建议;
18)Performing other duties as assigned by Group Management
处理由上级安排的其他工作;
任职要求Requirements:
1) 本科或以上学历, 人力资源管理或相关专业;
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
2) 至少8年以上的人事及行政工作经验, 在上海有3年跨国公司人力资源管理工作经验, 有物流或船运公司工作经验者优先;
At least 8 years HR & Admin job-related experience, 3 years of working experience in HR managerial position in multinational company in Shanghai and other provinces of China, having experience in logistic/shipping field is preferred,
. 3) 熟悉操作办公软件,能熟练应用excel/word/vision/ PPT
Be know well office software application, excel/word/vision/ PPT
4) 流利的的英语及中文听说写能力, 懂广东话优先
Be fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin, good spoken Cantonese is advantaged
5) Familiar with local labor laws and government requirements as well as IIT /SSF/ salary calculation
熟悉当地的劳动法规和政府要求,熟知工资计算及个人所得税及社保操作
6) Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced
environment and effectively interface with high level leaders
有能力作独立决定, 能在快节奏的环境中处理冲突的优次, 并与高层管理者有效对接.
7) Strong communication, negotiation, coaching skills, problem solving and decision making skills as well as Strong team building and leadership skills.
良好的沟通、谈判、解决问题能力, 善于教导下属及应对决策能力,以及团队建设和领导能
8) Honesty, integrity and proactive, good attitude and team work,
诚实和正直,积极主动,工作态度好,有团队合作精神
