Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

HR & Admin Manager / Assistant HR & Admin Manager

 

Requirements:-

 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years or above HR & Administration experience gained preferably in manufacturing / trading industry
  • Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinances and related regulations
  • Good command of English and Mandarin a must
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing, knowledge iin HR system is a plus
  • Must be independent, good discipline, detail-minded, high integrity, self-motivated and flexible people management and communication skills

 

Responsibilities:-

 

  • Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin. function such as recruitment and selection, payroll, C&B, manpower planning, performance evaluation, employee relations, company insurance renewal, tenancy renewal
  • Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations, organize company events and staff activities, review and implement company procedures and policies,
  • Perform and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Manager
  • Immediate available is high preferred
