Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1, According to the existing establishment and business development needs, coordination, statistics recruitment needs of various departments, staffing recruitment plans;
2, Establish and improve the company's overseas recruitment and hiring process system;
3, Execution overseas recruitment, selection, interviewing, selection, placement work;
4, Testing or resume screening before overseas recruitment
5, Back-up talent selection programs and personnel reserve mechanism;
6, Regular or irregular conduct of human resources and external situation analysis,employee needs survey and analysis
7,Open up overseas suitable recruitment channels and forms (network, head hunting, etc.), to meet the needs of the company's talent introduction
8,Put forward reasonable proposals for the overseas recruitment process and management
9,Development, maintenance, evaluation, analysis of the recruitment channels;
10, stimulate the vitality of the organization; effective heritage of the company's core values, management of employee relations, to create a healthy, dynamic organizational environment
11, timely and effective communication, coordination and monitoring of human resources work with the business sector, provide professional support and services to the business sector, to help promote the work;
