Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including payroll, MPF calculation, taxation, employee compensation & relations and attendance & leave
  • medical insurance and all personal data & corresponding
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist in organizing company events such as annual dinner, Christmas party and other ad-hoc events


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of HR & Admin related experience
  • Good knowledge in related to HK labor ordinance, and / or related to employment regulations
  • Payroll experiences in property management company and large company is highly preferable.
  • Good time management, detail-minded, working efficient,
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferable
