Responsibility:
l Handle full set of recruitment& selection activities
l Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation and administration
l Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, maintain the filling system etc.
l Compile, consolidate and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
l Participate in various HR projects and initiatives
l Provide support in other HR related ad hoc projects/assignments as required
Requirements:
l F.5 or above
l At least 2 years of Human Resource Management experience including recruitment
l Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and MPF regulations
l High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
l Responsible, independent, attention to detail, well-organized and can-do attitude
l Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
l Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, good knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
