Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To support HR duties including recruitment, payroll, performance management, leave administration, overtime calculation, company policies, training and employee relations

  • To maintain an accurate and updated database of HR information

  • To support office administration duties including office equipment, office supplies, telephone system, security system and general office administration

  • To organize company's events, staff activities and ad hoc projects as required

     

    Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources management  or related / F.5 or above with 2 years working experience in HR & Admin field

    •        Good PC skills : Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Willing to learn and under pressure
