Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll process, final payment calculation, MPF, benefit administration, tax filing, leave administration and performance management;
  • Provide a full spectrum of office administrative services;
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, stationery, telecommunications, license, etc ;
  • Compile regular HR statistics and prepare HR reports for management review;
  • Provide clerical support to general office administrative and human resources including data processing and filing;
  • Handle general enquiries and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 3-year relevant experience
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong
  • Attentive to details with strong analytical skills and good numeric sense
  • Able to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
Working Location: Lau Fau Shan
