Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll process, final payment calculation, MPF, benefit administration, tax filing, leave administration and performance management;
- Provide a full spectrum of office administrative services;
- Manage office supplies and equipment, stationery, telecommunications, license, etc ;
- Compile regular HR statistics and prepare HR reports for management review;
- Provide clerical support to general office administrative and human resources including data processing and filing;
- Handle general enquiries and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 3-year relevant experience
- Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong
- Attentive to details with strong analytical skills and good numeric sense
- Able to multitask under tight deadlines
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
- Willing to work on weekends
- Immediate available will be an advantage
