Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to daily operations and report to Management
  • Handle office procurement and renovation projects
  • Liaise with multiple internal/ external parties
  • Prepare agenda for meetings, paperwork and other documents
  • Maintain filing system and update database
  • Organize in-house functions
  • Handle other office work as required
  • Assist ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

 

Requirements

  • DSE or F.5 qualification or above, experience in working in retail operation is a plus;
  • 1 year working experience or above, fresh graduate would also be considered;
  • Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
  • Creative in problem solving, detail-minded, accuracy, independent and proactive;
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in computer skills, esp. Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
