Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to daily operations and report to Management
- Handle office procurement and renovation projects
- Liaise with multiple internal/ external parties
- Prepare agenda for meetings, paperwork and other documents
- Maintain filing system and update database
- Organize in-house functions
- Handle other office work as required
- Assist ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
- DSE or F.5 qualification or above, experience in working in retail operation is a plus;
- 1 year working experience or above, fresh graduate would also be considered;
- Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
- Creative in problem solving, detail-minded, accuracy, independent and proactive;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer skills, esp. Microsoft Office Applications;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
