Job Description

Job Duties:

  1. To handle daily company secretary duties and legal documents;
  2. To Organize board, board committees and general meetings and to prepare related meeting papers and draft minutes;
  3. To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters such as Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
  4. To liaise with governing bodies when necessary;
  5. To provide clerical and administrative support.

Requirements:

  1. Degree / Diploma holder in Law / Business Administration / Management / Company Secretary;
  2. Member of ICSA/HKICS (student member may also be considered);
  3. Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies;
  4. Minimum 3 years relevant company secretarial experience preferably in professional firms;
  5. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) ;
  6. Immediate availability could be an advantage.
