Job Description
Job Duties:
- To handle daily company secretary duties and legal documents;
- To Organize board, board committees and general meetings and to prepare related meeting papers and draft minutes;
- To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters such as Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
- To liaise with governing bodies when necessary;
- To provide clerical and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Law / Business Administration / Management / Company Secretary;
- Member of ICSA/HKICS (student member may also be considered);
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies;
- Minimum 3 years relevant company secretarial experience preferably in professional firms;
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) ;
- Immediate availability could be an advantage.
