Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the Human Resources functions, including recruitment, appraisal, training, compliance and documentation;
- Prepare and process payroll, MPF, employee benefits, insurance renewal, IRD/tax filing, etc.;
- Update HR related files including policies and procedures, handbook etc. whenever necessary
- Supervise Administration Officer on all aspects of administrative duties (e.g. licenses, insurances, general repair and maintenance, etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with F&B or retail experience preferred
- Min. 5 year solid experience in all round HR function;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in PC skills;
- Well-organized with strong interpersonal communications skills and problem-solving skills;
