Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment cycle including job posting, initial application screening, preparation of employment contracts, pre-employment checks etc
  • Provide administrative support in all aspects of HR function eg keeping staff leave record, attendance record, employee's training, compensation, benefits etc
  • Maintain HR database & prepare HR report with related analysis 
  • Take part in any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, organized & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
