Job Description
***** 10 mins walking distance from Whampoa MTR  ***** Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including the processing of compensation & benefits, staff recruitment & selection, monthly payroll, and staff relations programs
  • Implement performance management processes and support maintenance on HRIS
  • Responsible for the performance of existing work processing to enhance the efficiency of daily HR and administrative operation
  • Handle administrative duties including the office maintenance, insurance, contract renewal and benchmark of supplies
  • Participate and provide support to ad-hoc HR tasks and administrative needs of the business
  • Review policies and procedures and make suggestions for further improvement
  • Compile various reports and analysis to management on HR & admin issue
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience and familiar with HK labor ordinance & related employment legislations
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong capability with HRIS software and employee intranet portal
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
