Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties, including visitors greeting, phone call handling, etc
- Arrange all incoming and outgoing mail and courier service
- Assist in general office administrative support
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.7 or above, with secretarial training is preferable
- 3 to 5 years related working experience in reception duties or customer service
- Professional telephone manner and good customer services skills
- Mature, cheerful and proactive inter-personal skill
- Proficient with MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must
- Able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferable
