Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties, including visitors greeting, phone call handling, etc
  • Arrange all incoming and outgoing mail and courier service
  • Assist in general office administrative support
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, with secretarial training is preferable
  • 3 to 5 years related working experience in reception duties or customer service
  • Professional telephone manner and good customer services skills
  • Mature, cheerful and proactive inter-personal skill
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferable
