Responsibilities:
1. Perform general receptionist duties, including visitors greeting, phone call handling, etc
2 Arrange all incoming and outgoing mail and courier service
3. Assist in general office administrative support
4. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. F.7 or above, with secretarial training is preferable
2. 3 to 5 years related working experience in reception duties or customer service
3. Professional telephone manner and good customer services skills
4. Mature, cheerful and proactive inter-personal skill
5. Proficient with MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must
6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Immediate available is preferable
