Job :

1. Help in managing HR process, incl. on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer, probation, contract renew and etc.
2. Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel & HR related documents, incl. P-file, attendance records.
3. Management of training conferences, cultural events & other staff activities.
4. Expat Support, incl. housing, car rental, assistance of work permit & visa application.
5. Handle staff benefits, including but not limited to holiday benefits, long service award, commercial insurance, saving plan and leave management.
6. Responsible for lodgment related, incl. monthly social security payment, monthly IIT claim, Shanghai Residence Certificate & Settle.
7. Coordinate with location to prepare or consolidate HC & fluctuation report.
8. Ensure the timely & accurate system maintenance of SAP & CDP and their daily operation.
9. Responsible for office daily affairs and set up the related guidelines, including but not limited to:
  • Handling phone calls;
  • Taking care of guests;
  • Organizing meeting;
  • Managing office equipment & stationery, incl. purchase, delivery, inventory, reclaim, and operation;
  • Handling payment;
  • Managing vendors, incl. tickets booking agencies, hotel, courier/express service;
  • Updating office contact list & related access;
  • Organizing important documents;
  • Providing other administrative support if required.

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelors’ degree & above with 1 years working experience in a related field.
2. Proficient in English and Chinese language.
3. Strong knowledge on Microsoft tools.
4. Good coordination skills, communication skills, and problem solving skills.
5. Proactive and can work under pressure.
