Job Description
HR / Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for human resources operation supporting on staff movement, employee communication;
- Prepare monthly headcount reports;
- Provide general administrative support;
- Support ad-hoc duties / assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in HR;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and MPF.
Account Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operation;
- Issue cheques and filing;
- Prepare invoices and debit notes;
- Handle A/P, A/R, Journal Vouchers & General Ledger entries for the accounting system;
- Support ad-hoc duties / assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
- Capable of handling full set of Accounting;
- Be mature, willing to learn and independent.
