Job Description

HR / Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for human resources operation supporting on staff movement, employee communication;
  • Prepare monthly headcount reports;
  • Provide general administrative support;
  • Support ad-hoc duties / assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in HR;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and MPF.

 

Account Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting operation;
  • Issue cheques and filing;
  • Prepare invoices and debit notes;
  • Handle A/P, A/R, Journal Vouchers & General Ledger entries for the accounting system;
  • Support ad-hoc duties / assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
  • Capable of handling full set of Accounting;
  • Be mature, willing to learn and independent.
