Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administration duties including equipment maintenance, office supplies, housekeeping, etc.
- Handle recruitment process including job posting, arranging interviews and preparing relevant HR documents
- Maintain daily HR operations including staff record, attendance & leave management
- Arrange recreation activities
- Back up to the reception working if necessary
Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 years solid HR working experience is perferable
- Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements
- Good command of English, Cantonese &, Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office & Chinese Word Processing
- Less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
