Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of HR Generalist duties such as monthly payroll process, final payment, tax, MPF administration, leave and performance management
- Provide daily administrative support; including guests greeting and handle incoming calls in a polite manner
- Responsible to provide secretarial to Managers and Directors
- In responsible office renovation and repair/maintenance services within the office
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder of Human Resources Management or above
- 5 years solid experience in Human Resources
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and employment related legislation
- Responsible, self-motivated, supportive and able to work independently
- Mature, well-organized, ability to take initiative, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is preferred
