Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform a wide variety of HR Generalist duties such as monthly payroll process, final payment, tax, MPF administration, leave and performance management
  • Provide daily administrative support; including guests greeting and handle incoming calls in a polite manner
  • Responsible to provide secretarial to Managers and Directors
  • In responsible office renovation and repair/maintenance services within the office
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Human Resources Management or above
  • 5 years solid experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and employment related legislation
  • Responsible, self-motivated, supportive and able to work independently
  • Mature, well-organized, ability to take initiative, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details 
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
