Job Description

HR / Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and selections, attendance record, payroll and MPF administration, employee benefits, insurance etc.;
  • Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in HR;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and MPF;
  • Be mature, willing to learn and independent;

 

 

Senior Clerk / Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide clerical support such as data entry, filing etc.;
  • To prepare different kinds of reports;
  • To perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with formal commercial training for clerk;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience for Clerk Candidates who have inadequate experience would be considered for the position of Senior Clerk;
  • Be mature, willing to learn and independent;
  • Familiar with computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc..
