Job Description
HR / Administrative Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and selections, attendance record, payroll and MPF administration, employee benefits, insurance etc.;
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in HR;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and MPF;
- Be mature, willing to learn and independent;
Senior Clerk / Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide clerical support such as data entry, filing etc.;
- To prepare different kinds of reports;
- To perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with formal commercial training for clerk;
- Minimum of 1 year experience for Clerk Candidates who have inadequate experience would be considered for the position of Senior Clerk;
- Be mature, willing to learn and independent;
- Familiar with computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc..
