Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for all employees with any HR queries or support related to administration
  • Educate and counsel managers on employee relations issues to ensure fair treatment of staff and compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Execute on all processes linked to personnel files & archiving, maternity & child care leaves, new hires, job changes, employee transfers, promotions
  • Handle all HR documentation as required by the Romanian Employment Legislation (contracts, addendums, terminations, job descriptions, staff handbook, collective work agreement, etc)
  • Prepare timesheets and needed reports for payroll input
  • Manage benefits program roll-out and relation with suppliers
  • Prepare various HR reports as required by law or internal customers
  • Ensure daily maintenance of all HR Systems
  • Assist with legal advice on employment matters
  • Assist in the preparation of internal events & team buildings
  • Ad hoc project work, as assigned

        Required skills

 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an HR Administration or HR Generalist role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • HR Inspector or HR Specialist Certification preferable
  • Ability to interact at ease  with mid/executive managers
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in Romanian employment legislation
  • Good command of HR systems and MS Office Suite
  • Solid consultative skills required
  • High work ethics

  • Self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, tenacious and personable
  • Reliable team-player
