Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to perform the full range of administrative and coordination functions to execute HR processes. Ensure a positive experience with HR by answering employees questions, directing employees/managers inquiries to relevant subject matter experts, and explaine HR policies and processes to employees.Supports the HR BP team in executing efficient and effective HR processes that contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of employees and company data in HR systems through record updates and reporting;
  • Managing and auditing employees' documentation and personnel file;
  • Auditing the month-end timesheet and making sure that all the necessary information is submitted to relevant payroll parties;
  • Maintaining relationships with the local HR-related authorities; making sure all necessary documents/information are submitted to the relevant parties of authorities;
  • Maintaining the relationship with the global and the local payroll provider;
  • Drafting HR documents (contracts, addendums, internal notes, promotion letters, certificates, job descriptions, etc.);
  • Provides operational support and ensures efficiency and accuracy in additional HR processes such as: salary planning, performance management, learning and development plans & on-boarding;
  • Contributes to employees having a positive on-boarding experience by helping to conduct on-boarding programs and administering the process;
  • Managing private medical subscriptions and maintaining the relationship with the medical provider;
  • Communicating important and relevant information to all employees;
  • Provides information, analysis and recommendations on HR and legal matters;

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • 3-4 years of working in a similar role;
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize important projects;
