Job Description

The Role
We are looking an HR Administrator to work in an international and diversified culture. This exciting role has been made available in our fast growing and a dynamic company environment for 20-24 hours a week, work location is our Amsterdam office which is located near station Bijlmer Arena. 


Key responsibilities
* First point of contact for the local employees in the Netherlands
* On-boarding process from start to finish for new employees, including creating offers & contracts, liaising with IT to request equipment and access, and conducting inductions in the office
* HR administrative tasks for The Netherlands, including sick leave, special leave, maternity leave and benefits administration
* Assist with preparing necessary information for payroll input
* Addressing requests and problem solving to HR admin queries
* Process employee data for the entire life cycle from new hire, transfer to leaver in our systems
* Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle in line with local law and RWS Company policies
* Immigration of expat employees in The Netherlands, including visa application, processing and advice to expats on visa and tax rulings, including 30% tax ruling when applicable
* Ad hoc project work, as assigned 


Requirements
* Certified HR professional (MBO+)
* Previous HR experience with HR systems and reporting 
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Fluent in Dutch and English, good communicator
* Knowledge of Dutch employment law
