Eaton's Hydraulic Business has an opening for a: HR Analyst Location: Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag, TURKEY Primary Function: This role will be especially responsible for recruitment and other HR functions for blue collar employees Your key deliverables: Taking an active role in Blue Collar recruitment and lay off processes To carry out disciplinary and legal processes Tracking to BC health insurance Tracking the number of Blue Collar employees and ensuring that the process operates in a true way Processing and implementation of all other blue collar applications Qualifications Required: Good command of English University Bachelor’s degree Minimum 1 y of experience in similar position Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology Negotiation and conflict management skills; professional presence Ms Office programs MS Word, Excel, Ppt Then we want to hear about you! This transaction is expected to be completed by the Q1of 2021 and this position is expected to remain with the Hydraulics Business and would transfer to Danfoss A/S. upon close. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Hydraulics Business when the transaction closes, Danfoss A/S will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
