Job Description
Description - Internal • Payroll & attendance management, Benefit and Reward control, including policy update, OT management, monthly payroll transaction preparation and cost analysis. • Prepare annual merit proposal according to APAC guideline and track the communication. • Prepare PACT proposal and communication letter for promotion and other transfer. • Hourly Salary Range Design with Compensation Survey report. • Maintain Hourly Job Evaluation System. • Audit ongoing C&B operations to ensure adherence to process flows and data integrity. • Complete the monthly HR reporting timely and properly. • Provides data to the financial planning teams to meet profit plan and accrual targets, to support & coordinate HR works in other aspects if needed. • Identify, classify, maintain and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with data protection, data handling and retention requirements. • Responds to all payroll queries escalated from employee. • Ensuring accurate and timely change to employee data. • Administer flexible benefits programs where applicable, and accountable for employee benefit related questions. • Work timely on other tasks as assigned by direct manager. Qualifications Qualifications - Internal -Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or psychology or related -Experience of C&B related work in multinational companies is preferred -Understand the labour laws and regulations -Good communication skills in English; Good computer literacy; Good at Excel skills Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
