Eaton’s Haina DR is currently seeking for a HR Analyst Business Partner to join our team. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Maintain, create and update all relevant actions to programs that contribute to employee satisfaction and the establishment of a positive working environment that reinforce the philosophy of Eaton. ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS: Responsible for the termination process of all employees, both hourly and salaried. Responsible to conduct communications regarding information affecting staff: policies, procedures, congratulations, general changes, general communication to employees etc. Follow up business cases among employees or between employees and Supervisor, to ensure a positive work environment. Responsible for the organization and implementation of Employee Listening Surveys, corporate and internal. Carry out and support all the activities of employee motivation such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Party; activities and recognition of our professional (Engineer Day, MFG Day, etc..). Responsible for the maintenance of employee recognition programs such as Employee of the Month, Perfect Attendance, E-STAR, 5S, Achieving Excellence, etc Perform monthly analysis reports in order to maintain data to enable effective decision making. Responsible for monitoring the media for employees, such as newsletters, murals, kiosks, electronic boards, among others. Comply with the requirements applicable to HR-OR position. Maintain 5S areas Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS): Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator. Assist to all EHS training assigned. Promote and promulgate all MESH. Process and Policies to all the employees in the Plant and ensure that they are being performed. Qualifications SPECIALIZE KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology, Accountant or similar careers Minimum 1 years of experience in similar positions Bilingual (English/Spanish) Domain computer systems: O365, Preferable: HRMS, HR Systems Interpersonal skills, conflict management, reporting / procedures. Labor Law Domain. Public Presentation Skills / Public Speaking.
